The file size is the main cause of need log uploading time. Cause when you will upload a video before processing video YouTube will scan the whole video first. If your video file size is too big, for the start upload process it will take a long time.
Example: if your 10 minutes video is 50 MB, it will take 5 minutes. But if 10 minutes video is 80 MB its needs extra time.

The video format is a big cause like resolution causes. For this issue, I have experimented on the same duration and size. I upload the same video two format MKV and MP4. But, MP4 format was processed fast than MKV format.

Video length is a similar issue like File Size. Cause scanning a long length video needs extra time. So, if your video length is too much it will need a long time for whole processing.
6. Frame rate
Probably somebody doesn’t know about frame rate. So in short, the frame is a single picture of your video. Every video is made by a bunch of picture movement. This frame rate is estimated by how many pictures have in a second video.
So, if your video frame rate is 30 it will process faster than 50 frame rate.
